Leadership
Innovations offers half-day, full-day and multiple day
programs for your group or organization. Built on an
experiential learning model, Leadership Innovations,
Inc. uses a "success layering" approach to add depth and
insight into everyday group dynamics. Groups will be led
from very simple and straightforward team building,
problem solving and communication activities to more
complex challenges throughout the program. After each
activity, participants will be asked to contribute their
thoughts and insights into an educational group
discussion. From there, the group will build on their
success and insight to improve performance, heighten
trust levels, incorporate all members strengths, and
communicate more effectively.
Activities
are customized to meet each client's needs in
pre-program discussions. While programs often happen
outdoors, they are not athletically demanding and can be
accessed by participants of all ages and ability levels.
Leadership Innovations, Inc. will work closely with your
requirements regarding venue, activity selection and
timing to provide you with our best product.
Costs for
our programs are determined by the number of
participants, administrative costs, length of program
and any additional equipment or supplies necessary.
Minimum group size is eight people. Please contact us to
